What does the USD 99 Fix Sprint include?
One authorised domain, up to three legitimate sending services, public-DNS and sanitized-header review, exact provider-specific SPF/DKIM/DMARC changes, one post-change verification, and one correction round.
Who is a good fit?
A business outside Switzerland with an active authentication or delivery problem and more than one legitimate sender. A simple single-provider domain that already passes authentication should use the free tools instead.
What if the problem is outside the fixed scope?
We screen the platform and symptoms before payment. If MX Audit cannot safely diagnose and verify the authentication repair within the published scope, no Fix Sprint is sold. Broader work requires a separate written quote.
Does this guarantee inbox placement?
No. MX Audit verifies authentication and alignment. Reputation, content, sending volume, list quality, and recipient engagement also affect delivery and are outside this fixed scope.
Does MX Audit need admin credentials or change DNS?
No. You receive exact changes for your administrator to apply. MX Audit then verifies public DNS and a sanitized received-message header. DKIM cannot be verified without a known selector or header evidence.
