MX Audit→B2B service terms

B2B service terms

Clear terms for the USD 99 Audit Pack.

These terms cover the human-verified founding service for business customers. The public button starts a non-binding enquiry; payment follows only after written scope confirmation.

Version 1.1 · 21 July 2026

1. Application and contract formation

The Audit Pack is offered only to companies and people acting for business or professional purposes outside Switzerland. The public form and email link are not an order or binding offer.

Before payment, MX Audit sends an individual order confirmation containing the seller's legal identity and postal address, agreed scope, language, total price, delivery target, these terms and the private payment link. The contract is formed when the customer accepts that confirmation by email or, after an opportunity to review and correct the details, completes the agreed payment. Stripe confirms the payment electronically.

2. Deliverable

The founding offer covers up to 25 customer-authorised domains: human review of public SPF, DMARC, reporting and transport signals, a ranked remediation queue, a customer-branded management PDF, one action sheet per domain and one revision round.

It does not include ongoing monitoring, mailbox or system access, DNS changes, implementation, penetration testing, legal advice, or a guarantee of delivery, abuse prevention or complete security. Unknown DKIM selectors and real sender alignment require additional evidence.

3. Price and payment

The global founding price is USD 99 once for the scope confirmed in writing. Orders from Switzerland are not accepted. The order confirmation states the complete amount due and expressly identifies any applicable tax or additional charge. No extra charge applies without a written scope change.

Payment is made through the individual Stripe link and is confirmed electronically. The link must not be published or reused for another order.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer confirms that it is authorised to have the listed domains reviewed and to provide the supplied brand assets. The domain list and branding are sent only after order confirmation and payment. Complete and accurate inputs are required for the delivery clock to start.

MX Audit does not make DNS or system changes for the customer. Recommendations must be checked by an appropriate specialist against real senders and aggregate DMARC reports before implementation.

5. Delivery and revision

Delivery is normally within two business days after payment and receipt of all agreed information. MX Audit will promptly communicate a revised date if a delay becomes foreseeable.

One consolidated revision round is included when requested within ten business days after delivery. It covers corrections and minor presentation changes within the confirmed scope; new domains or materially new work require a separate agreement.

6. Cancellation, errors and refunds

The customer may cancel by email for a full refund to the original payment method until manual analysis begins. After work begins there is no voluntary cancellation right, although an appropriate partial refund may be agreed case by case.

If MX Audit cannot deliver within five business days after complete inputs and payment, and no extension was agreed, the customer may request a full refund. Material factual errors caused by MX Audit are corrected at no charge. If a documented error is not corrected within five business days after notice, the affected order is refunded. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Confidentiality, liability and law

Domain lists, branding and reports are used only to perform the contract and are not published. Processing follows the privacy notice.

The audit is a professional snapshot based on public DNS data and supplied evidence. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence and indirect loss is excluded and any remaining liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Liability for intent, gross negligence and mandatory statutory claims is unaffected.

Swiss law applies. Mandatory venue rules remain unaffected. Changes apply only to future orders; the version identified in the order confirmation governs each order.

Before you proceed

The private payment link is sent only after written order confirmation. Do not pay without that confirmation.
